A quick search online for the term "Project A119" will reveal pages of information and theories about a secret project allegedly devised by the US military in the 1950's. The aim of the project was to detonate a nuclear bomb on the moon to boost public morale during the Cold war. The project never went ahead.
Your brief is to take as much or as little information about that story as you wish. You can imagine a world with no moon, you can take on the broader topic of conspiracy theories, or simply explore a theme of space exploration. You can take a very broad or quite literal interpretation of the brief, it's up to you... Have fun!

"Propaganda is communication that promotes a particular idea or way of thinking. Its message can include facts or deception; in either case, its intent is to persuade the audience to buy in to the message-sender's point of view.
Through advertising, propaganda influences you emotionally to buy certain products, services and ideas. Advertisers use your latent desires to be rich, better looking or more popular to "direct" your purchasing habits. Propaganda is used by advertisers to influence consumer spending by presenting what is "desirable."
Design an advertisement that uses propaganda (specifically elements of deception) to sell it's contents. What is being sold is entirely up to you."

‘Just imagine the banner headlines if a marine biologist were to discover a species of dolphin that wove large, intricately meshed fishing nets, twenty dolphin-lengths in diameter! Yet we take a spider web for granted, as a nuisance in the house rather than as one of the wonders of the world. And think of the furore if Jane Goodall returned from Gombe stream with photographs of wild chimpanzees building their own houses, well roofed and insulated, of painstakingly selected stones neatly bonded and mortared! Yet caddis larvae, who do precisely that, command only passing interest.’
